Spratt Endicott has named its chosen Charity for the next year of fundraising.
The North Oxfordshire law firm are very proud to announce that they will be raising money for Katharine House Hospice.
Katharine House Hospice, located just outside Banbury, offers specialist palliative care services that include inpatient, day hospice, community care at home, home night nursing, support for patients at the Horton General Hospital, outpatients, lymphoedema treatment and bereavement support.
Katharine House offers specialist care in a range of settings to suit the needs of the individual. The focus is on holistic care aimed at enabling patients to live as fully as possible while having their needs attended to. Katharine House does all it can to support patients to remain in their own homes where this is possible or requested.
Spratt Endicott has been raising funds for a ‘Charity of the Year’ for over eleven years now. Each year their staff nominate, then vote for a local charity for whom they raise funds over the forthcoming financial year. Whilst the firm supports a number of charities, the ‘Charity of the Year’ is an opportunity for all of the staff to get involved and enjoy working together on various fundraising activities.
John Spratt, Senior Partner of Spratt Endicott Solicitors comments: “Katharine House Hospice work incredibly hard organising a huge variety of fundraising events and Spratt Endicott have throughout the years supported many of these initiatives, such as ‘Bring a Pound to Work Day, ‘Make a Will Week’ and various other events. That is why we are delighted that our staff have selected Katharine House as the firm’s “Charity of the Year” and we look forward to raising vital funds that can make a real difference”.
